About Me

I’m Atika Meilani, a psychologist who finds joy in observing people, understanding the stories behind human behavior, and reflecting on the little things that often go unnoticed in everyday life.

I write about psychology, faith, relationships, and the quiet complexities of being human. Through my writing, I hope to create a space where we can pause for a moment, look inward, and perhaps understand ourselves and the people around us a little more deeply.

As a Muslim, I’m also learning to see life through the lens of faith to find meaning in both what I understand and what I don’t, and to keep reminding myself that growth is not always about becoming someone entirely different. Sometimes, it is simply about becoming more aware, more compassionate, and slowly finding my way back to Allah.

This is a little space where I write what I learn, what I observe, and what life continues to teach me.
